- Mailed Money Order and Cashier Checks (Sorry, no personal checks)
Returns and Exchanges
Lolo and Friends wants you to have the best online shopping experience…ever!!! All of our items are of the highest quality, hand selected from the top pet designers in the industry. However, if you are not satisfied with the product you can return it to us with in fifteen days of receipt for exchange or store credit. Sorry, but we will not issue credit card returns, cash refunds and or Paypal Refunds. Please note that shipping is not refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. COD and postage due will not be accepted. Only unused, unwashed, and in original packaging merchandise will be accepted for return.
Always contact us at returns@loloandfriends.com You will receive a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. You will not be able to return items without a Return Authorization Number.

Standard shipping charges are calculated using the chart below. Some items may be subject to oversize shipping charges. Such items will have a note in the item description. When ordering only gift certificates, shipping and handling will be free. Please note that the prices listed below are for standard shipping to one address. Expedited shipping options are also available, you will be quoted for faster shipping options at the time of check-out.
